Hi I’m Lisa. I’m proud to have founded Albany Pet Services and it is my mission to help as many families as possible with their family members behaviour and wellbeing. I understand that your dog is more than a pet, they are your family member. They deserve the best; understanding of their needs so they can learn understand and retain the information that they have been trained in. To do this, I invest heavily in professional development. I have a canine coaching diploma and I’m proud to have graduated as a  student at the University of Edinburgh Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, completing a postgraduate diploma in clinical animal behaviour. I also have a canine coaching diploma and have been told I have a warm, friendly and supportive approach.

I’m delighted to have won and been shortlisted for a number of awards including family business of the year. The Best Business Women awards and not voted by the public (my Mum, Angie, didn’t vote for me a thousand times!), they are judged by an independent panel of business owners. I was very proud to have been shortlisted.
